Akaya Horizon

This coastal Antigua residence is 22,000 sq/ft. It was designed around natural simplicity, elevated through refined architectural detailing. The palette remains intentionally neutral, relying on layered textures and carefully selected finishes to bring depth and warmth to an expansive lateral layout. With such generous proportions, variation in materiality was essential to create rhythm, beauty and a sense of balance throughout.

The Main House and Guest Villa comprise 11 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms with 7 additional outdoor bathrooms.
